Shipping policy

This is our shipping policy and applies to all products purchased through us.

We currently only ship to within the United Kingdom. 

Our orders are currently shipped with Royal Mail. You will be provided with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

At present no orders will be shipped on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

A flat fee of £4 will be charged to post any orders within the United Kingdom.

Deliveries should take 2-4 working days in total.

If any fees are run up such as late delivery fees then please contact us whilst providing evidence so that this can be resolved. 

If the order is damaged through shipping then please get photos of the outer packaging as well as the damaged items contained within. Consult our returns policy section on our website and proceed to get in touch. This is an issue that we shall resolve with the shipping provider at no cost incurred to the customer.
